Shopping Tips

-Admission is Free

-Please park in the grassy area in front of the Fairgrounds. If it is raining, be aware that it is easy to get stuck in the grassy area.

-Leave all large purses, bags, diaper bags, etc. in your car. No large bags are allowed into the sale. Carry your essentials only.

-Strollers are NOT allowed Friday morning from 10am-11am. After 11:00am strollers are allowed, however all strollers must be tagged on the way in and checked on the way out by security.

- The sale will now be held in TWO buildings. The large Fairgrounds building and the smaller building directly behind. Please bring your purchases from each building to your car before entering the other building.

-Bring an empty cloth shopping bag, rolling cart, or laundry basket to carry your finds while you shop.

-A good idea is to bring measurements of clothes that fit your child and a tape measure to help determine sizing while you shop. You can also take an outline of your child's foot to help with shoe sizing.

-Dress comfortably as lines tend to be long at the pre-sale and Friday morning. Also, be aware of these longer wait times if you have children with you.

-Be sure to check the next size "up" for your child, as children often have growth spurts near the end of a season.

-It is easier to shop without children. If they do come with, please be sure they are within arms reach at all times. The sale is not a playground. The toys and books are for sale and not to be played with.

*Bad checks will be submitted to State's Attorney
If paying by check, be sure to bring two checks. The sale is held in 2 buildings this year.
