Being a Bugaboo Team Member is where its at! Become involved in the sale in a bigger way. Most of our Consignors become Team Members as well. It's a great way to earn back more of your sales and help the sale run smoothly.
You'll get to choose how involved you'll be by selecting how many shifts you work, you can choose shifts that work with your schedule and you can choose a position that you enjoy.
* Please remember that if you commit to a shift(s), we are counting on you being there to fulfill it. Team Members who do not fulfill their selected shifts will not be allowed to participate in future sales. Reliable Team Members only please!
Team Members earn an extra 5% of their sales for each slot they fulfill. Team members may earn up to 80% of their sales (3 Team Member slots).

Scan tags and bag purchases of shoppers during checkout. Standing position.
Keep the sales floor looking clean and orderly. Return items to the sales floor. Walking position.
Monitor exterior doors to building and bathroom entrance. Sitting position.
Check shoppers receipt on the way out. Tag incoming strollers. Check shoppers purchases upon exit. Sitting or standing position.
Check through clothing items being dropped off, run clothing out to sales floor, assist consignors with putting their items out on the sales floor. Standing or walking positions.

Sort the unsold clothing by seller number.
